Hundreds of years ago, the water primordial Sylphra and the air primordial Cerulis ruled over the seas and the skies respectively. Cursed to remain in their respective domains, they remained separated from each other. The only exception being the one day of the year where the planets would align perfectly, allowing magic to run wild and break the rules it had set in place. On this day, Sylphra and Aetheris would take physical form and unite, spending the day in each others’ embrace until the planets separated once again, ripping them back to their domains. Through this they eventually had a child, a perfect mix of water and air that was able to freely roam between domains, free of the curse of their primordial parents. This child was Stormo, ruling over the weather and cause storms that would nourish or destroy the realm as she saw fit.Stormo took great care in watching over her domain, however she went about it much differently than other primordials would. Stormo had other aspirations, she yearned to be down with the people they watched over. It wasn’t uncommon for Stormo to take their own physical form, a tall, blue elven form with curved ram horns and dark blue hair, becoming much brighter as it went down. In this form they would wander various cities and villages, explore the nature the other primordials ruled over and befriend them, working with the people to hear their needs and provide them, such as rain for farmers or assisting in controlling air currents when it was time for the birds to migrate.Stormo soon realized that the way they were approaching how to rule their domain was very inefficient. The people below didn’t have a way to contact or make requests of him, it just depended on if Stormo happened to be around them. Stormo came up with a way for the people to contact him when they’re in need; they created little air elementals that would populate the realm, listening in to the peoples’ needs and bringing them back to Stormo directly. He continues traveling the world, exploring the wonders of it firsthand and helping wherever and however they can to the locals around where they travel to.
